Matshidiso Khupari is a high-profile and celebrity photographer based in Klerksdorp, North West. Her business, <strong>Frentz Designs</strong>, is a top-rated photographer on Google Maps in the North West. Her love for photography began while running an events company with Tebogo Katsaitis in Midrand at Shaguma Garden Caf between 2011 and 2013. After setting up events, they always captured moments for their portfolio it had to be <em>"picture perfect"</em>, or it was not complete.

In 2012, they expanded their services to include invitation design, including electronic invitation cards. This is where Matshidiso realised the difference between poor and high-quality images. Determined to grow, she decided to study photography as soon as she could get a camera. In 2014, her husband, Kgosietsile, bought her first DSLR camera. She later sold her events business to a company in Botswana and invested in professional photography equipment.

In 2015, she registered with the North West School of Design, where Salome Kotze from Klerksdorp Record lectured her in the basics of photography. In 2016, she furthered her studies at North-West University, focusing on studio photography and training at Potchefstroom Academy Photography Studios.

Frentz Designs has worked with well-known companies and individuals, including Old Mutual, the South African Book Council Institute across three provinces, AngloGold Ashanti, and the North West School of Design Fashion Week, where she served as the main photographer. She has also worked with high-profile individuals, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
